Goat Cheese and Spinach Ravioli with Brioche

This is something I made in my sauce class.

The ravioli is stuffed with goat cheese, which is seasoned with spinach, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and basil. After cooking, it's tossed with cooked spinach, swiss chard, and broccoli flower. The side is a slice of toasted brioche (it was reallyyyy good).
