Homemade Meats

Top left is smoked turkey, bottom left is corned beef. The pink sausages are Italian sausage, the darker ones are chorizo. 

Everything was made in my Garde Manger class. It was fun making the sausages. I never thought I'd have so much fun stuffing pig intestines, hehe.

My favorite is the smoked turkey, sausage was really good too.
